1. What is my vacation home equipped with upon my arrival?
Our homes have been fully furnished for your convenience. Below is a list of what our homes come with.
- Air conditioning
- Bed linens and pillows
- Private and optionally heated pool on pool homes
- A resort/community pool on all condominiums and townhomes
- Cable or satellite TV
- Washer/Dryer
- Garage and/or off road parking
- Hand towels and bath towels. Washcloths are not provided

2. What will the weather be like when we arrive?
We recommend you visit www.weather.com and plug in the zip code 34747. This will give you the weather 10 days out.
3. Do you offer Maid Service?
Each Vacation2florida Home is cleaned upon each departure. Some guests that stay for a longer period (over 7 days) request a mid-term clean, which can be arranged in advance through our office for a standard fee. You are welcome to request midstay cleans at any time during your stay. You can even request this via the app.
4. When do I pay the deposit/final payment/security deposit?
A full set of Vacation2florida terms and conditions of rental can be found by clicking here. The deposit is due at the time of booking, to confirm and hold the reservation. Final payment of all rentals, options, and taxes are due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Security deposits are charged upon final payment and refunded within 48 hours of departure.
5. How close is my vacation rental property to Disney?
All of our homes are located within a 10 minute radius to Disney. Just a 20 minute drive to Universal and SeaWorld.
6. Is there a phone at the property? How does it work?
Yes, there is a phone at the property. Most of our homes offer free calls to Canada and USA. Homes that include free long distance to Canada and America will be noted on the property's page.
7. How do I get into my vacation home?
Once we receive final payment and a signed rental agreement, we send you directions from the airport as well as entry instructions.
8. Is the pool water cold in the winter?
Yes, the pool water can drop to less than 65 degrees which is not too comfortable. We offer pool heat at $25 per night and it is recommended from November through April. NOTE: Pool pump heater may not work if temperature drops below 65 degrees, inquire within.
9. How do I book?
Please inquire about the specific property that you are interested in. We will send you a price and a confirmation of its availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and bankwire and payment is handled through our secure site.
10. I booked with you before, do you offer a return discount?
We do offer a return guest discount, inquire within.
11. Does my vacation home have wireless internet?
ALL of our homes carry FREE wifi!
12. Does my vacation home have baby equipment such as a crib, stroller or high chair?
If baby equipment is noted in the amenities then this is included free in your nightly rate. If it is not noted and you wish to have equipment, please notify us and we will provide you with contact info to rent equipment.
13. We recently visited and we are interested in purchasing a vacation home near disney, can you help us?
We certainly will! We prefer you speak with us first before you buy so we can tell you what resorts rent best and educate you on the current market conditions. To get an idea how much it would cost to manage your home, please visit our Property Management Service near Disney section.
14. Will the home have Air Conditioning throughout?
Yes, all of our homes have central A/C. Thermostats can cool to as low as 73 degrees farenheit.
15. Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
We highly recommend you do not ship any type of package to your vacation home. If you must ship something, Fedex and UPS are the only carriers that will ship to vacation homes. The Postal Service CANNOT ship to your vacation home.
16. What is a self catering vacation home, are your homes self catering?
Yes, all of our vacation homes are self catering. This means the homes are not supplied with any type of food, condiments or cleaning supplies.
17. How do I know Vacation2Florida is a real company?
We recommend anytime you reserve a home in the Orlando area, you make sure the person you are booking through is a licensed company with the State of Florida. Thousands of people are scammed yearly and arrive to a home that does not exist. You can verify our company at the State of Florida Business database HERE.
