If you wish to stay in one of the best new villas, close to all the attractions, then welcome to Summer Drive-Inn. This home is located within the NEW Windsor Island Resort, which boasts a massive clubhouse and extensive amenities including a giant lagoon pool, lazy river, water slide tower and splash pad with water works. There is also a patio restaurant, two outdoor bars, refreshment stand and available private cabanas. This Resort truly has it all.
This vacation home itself is only one of a handful that is both close to the extensive Resort amenities, yet has no rear-facing neighbours, fence or wall; only views that extend for miles. From the home’s lanai-enclosed pool and spa, you can gaze at the lights of the Orlando skyline and watch the fireworks at Epcot. The home is oriented so you can lounge by the pool in full shade or sun during most of the day. The rear patio includes a barbeque island with a 32’ professional gas grill, refrigerator and counter-space. There is a family-sized patio dining table and the home comes equipped with outside dishes and glasses for safe patio/pool-side use. Just inside the patio door to the great room, you will find a custom-built coffee station with a Keurig machine and drip coffee maker. Below the counter, a dual zone wine fridge will keep both your favorite reds and whites at the perfect temperature. Early risers can enjoy coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise and occasional gathering of hot air balloons across the unobstructed dawn horizon.
So why Summer Drive-Inn (Drive-in)? The upper gathering room is equipped with a large TV posing as the movie screen within a room-sized drive-in mural. Downstairs, the air-conditioned games room is equipped with a 1965 rangoon-red mustang pool table, a rare corvette electronic pinball machine, driver-seat inspired gaming chairs, two large TV’s with PS4 gaming consoles not to mention other nostalgic touches for you to discover. You do not have to love old cars and drive-ins to enjoy all this home has to offer, but it doesn’t hurt.

I see most do a damage waiver insurance can I do this?
No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or you will be assessed a cleaning fee from your security deposit.
