Gardenia Heaven

We were very pleased with our stay at Gardenia Heaven. It was a very private location and the pool was awesome! The property was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed here on our recent trip to Disney World. The communication about the location, process, and entry to this particular unit were well in advance, and very clear. No issues there.

The unit was clean and comfortable, very roomy, and the pictures were accurate. The only thing functionally wrong during our stay was the overhead lights not turning on in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but we didn't use that room so no biggie (we didn't report it while we were there).

The heated pool was nice, though it was definitely small. Our kids are older so it wasn't good for much more than getting wet, but it was still nice to have it readily available and in the mesh enclosure. We never visited the adjacent resort or used any of those amenities.

There were gas stations, grocery stores, and pharmacies very close by, so that was nice. The one thing that was a bit disappointing was how far it was from Disney World. While only a few miles away according to the GPS, it still took 30-40 minutes to drive to the parks.

Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would recommend it to others!

I was pleasantly surprised with this rental. The house itself was a lot bigger than I expected from the pictures. Our two families fit no problem and everyone had their own space. The poolside furniture was so comfy which is a bonus. We were very happy with our stay.

I am very pleased with this vacation rental. It was exactly as pictured! Clean and spacious with great amenities. We enjoyed the club house and the splash pad. It was close proximity to Disney. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

Everything was outstanding, Price of drinks at resort pool are very steep and leaving the thermostat at 73 degrees can be warm in some bedrooms

When I walked in the door my first words were "This looks just like the listing! We hit the jackpot with this one!" Decor was perfect...bright colors that created a relaxing atmosphere. Very spacious! The pool area was perfect and most of all PRIVATE. The only real inconvenience, which wasn't really an inconvenience for me because I'm a tech person, was that I had to figure out how to bypass the passwords on 2 of the TVs and factory reset them. Looks like whoever stayed there before us signed into the TVs with their Amazon accounts and their Amazon account had parental controls that required a PIN number to do anything on the TV! I was able to figure it out the 2nd day there but a non technical group may not be able to do that. Other than that there were no major issues and we definitely look forward to staying here again. The location is just outside of the hustle and bustle but still has every type of restaurant imaginable in close proximity. Thanks for having us!!

We loved our stay in this very spacious 5 bedroom townhouse! Bedrooms were all generous size and plenty of space for lounging in the common areas. The private pool in the back is small but nice to have, and the clubhouse amenities were amazing - fun splash zone for little kids; large pool with tons of great lounging set-ups; lazy river with tubes; and games including bag toss, mini golf, connect four, volleyball, basketball, and an arcade. We really enjoyed the extensive clubhouse amenities, which were a very quick walk from the townhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

This was by far one the best places we ever stayed. When you arrive security quickly gets you into the gated community. You then go to the incredible clubhouse to check in. When arriving to the house the keyless entry is smooth and you are welcomed with a super clean house. We stayed a full week and didn’t need anything. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 25 mins to Disney Magic Kingdom and 40 mins to Legoland. The clubhouse is a resort on its own and the kids loved it. Slides, splashpad, lazy river, massive pool and restaurant had good food with great beverages $$. The pool at the house is also great for happy hour while parents cook and kids play. Overall we will 1000% stay here again and recommend this many of our close friends as this was the best vacation spot. Highly Rex come down a stay here.

Great property - plenty of room for 11 guests. Great amenities. Clean and nearly new.
